They're A2P burglary-resistance levels for door blocks: BP1 resists a burglar for 5 minutes, BP2 for 10, BP3 for 15. Most Paris apartments choose BP1 or BP2; insurers sometimes require a specific level for high-value contents.

Will the copropriété allow an armoured door?

Usually yes, as long as the outside face matches the landing's appearance. Reinforcement keeps your existing door so it rarely needs approval; for a full door block we help with the syndic paperwork.

Does an armoured door change how my door looks?
